La Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Región (TSJ) ha autorizado la continuación de parte de las obras incluidas en el proyecto de Puertomayor, en La Manga del Mar Menor, que deberán sujetarse a las condiciones propuestas por el perito judicial.

Igualmente se autoriza la continuación de las obras referidas al dique sur del Puerto, las obras interiores, entre las que figuran los muelles, rellenos de explanadas, viales y la prolongación de un tramo del dique de cerramiento del Puerto con el canal del Estacio.

No obstante, se suspende la autorización para la contrucción de urbanizaciones residenciales, lo que no sabemos si con la construcción del Puerto se aprovechará para la construcción de locales comerciales al igual que los ubicados en las instalaciones del Puerto Tomás Maestre.

Al final, el tiempo no es bueno este fin de semana. El sábado ha amanecido nublado y el domingo se espera alguna lluvia.

Aunque la previsiones del tiempo no son fiables a 10 días, hay una serie de páginas en Internet(algunas de las cuales ya hemos puesto en el blog) que se acercan mucho en las previsiones.

Realizando un análisis de todas ellas, el grado de acierto es bastante aproximado.

Por ejemplo, nos atrevemos a decir que el próximo fin de semana 24-26 de Octubre, tendremos buen tiempo. Con bastante sol el sábado y el domingo.

Tras varios fines de semana con mal tiempo en Octubre, ya tocaba buen tiempo y sol. Sin embargo, ahora el buen tiempo no es garantía de que el Plan "Cabo de Palos Fin de Semana" pueda realizarse en esas fechas.

El motivo es que aún no tenemos respuesta de la asociación de vecinos. Fundamental de cara a solicitar y agilizar los permisos con la administración.

Creemos que no habrá impedimentos con la administración, ya que desde todos los ámbitos se busca un aumento de estacionalidad para atraer turismo y Cabo de Palos es un importante pueblo pescador y turístico.

La próxima semana solicitaremos reuniones con la Asociaciones de vecinos del Area de Cabo de Palos, para posteriormente solicitar una reunión con la administración.

Ya que el desarrollo de cabo de palos fin de semana no es solo para el turismo, sino también para los residentes de Cabo de Palos y su área (la manga, los belones, mar menor) esperamos sumar esfuerzos en un objetivo que beneficia a todos.
